Sample Letter Templates - UPDATED
Below is a list of commonly used letters that relate to competitions,
staffing actions and other human resources functions in the public
service. These letters have been updated in order to make
them more user friendly for managers.
There are fewer letters here, but the content of all the letters
previously listed is still available. The letters have been revised so all
pertinent information is available in letter templates with read and
delete sections included. It is important that you delete all sections
that are not relevant to the staffing action.
Copies of letters, resumes/applications must be forwarded to your HR
Consultant, Client Services, Public Service Agency, for appropriate
pay action and placement on the employee's personnel file.
